About Jen Hyde
Jen Hyde is a writer and educator whose work explores themes of hybridity, care, and transformation. Her debut poetry collection, Hua Shi Hua, 华诗画 [Drawings & Poems from China], was published by Ahsahta Press. Jen's essays appeared in publications such as The Los Angeles Times, The Boston Globe, and Longreads. She teaches creative writing at Pomona College and Sonoma State University.
